Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co.’s (SPM) shareholders will vote on the board as well as the auditor’s reports and the financial statements for 2021, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) slated for June 9, the company said in a bourse filing.
The shareholders will also vote on appointing a new auditor to review financials for Q2, Q3, Q4 2022 and Q1 2023.
They will further vote on the disbursement of SAR 1.053 million in board remuneration, and SAR 800,000 and SAR 950,000 for the committee members and the executive management, respectively, for last year.
Additionally, the shareholders will vote on ratifying the business contracts inked between the company and other entities.
During the meeting, the shareholders will discuss amending articles of association related to the board numeration and the audit committee.
The shareholders can start e-voting on the agenda items on June 5, 2022.
