Nama Chemicals Co.’s shareholders will vote on financial statements, as well as board and audit reports for 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 13.
The company said in a bourse statement that shareholders will vote on appointing an external auditor and determining their fees to review and audit financials of Q2, Q3, and Q4 2022, as well as Q1 2023.
They will also vote on paying SAR 1.6 million in remuneration for board members and discharging the board of directors from liabilities for 2021.
Other agenda items include voting to appoint Abdullah Jaber Al-Fifi as audit committee Chairman, starting from Feb. 23, 2022, until the end of the current session on Feb. 16, 2025.
Shareholders will also voting on appointing Abdullah Mohammad Al-Salem as member of the board, to fill a vacant seat for the current session, starting from May 8 2022 until Feb. 16, 2025.
