Zahrat Al Waha deposits proceeds from fractional shares sale

Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co. completed today, May 19, the deposit of around SAR 50,076 proceeds from the sale of fractional shares in the accounts of eligible shareholders, according to a bourse statement.

 

The company sold 1,002 shares at an average price of SAR 49.9.

 

The company's shareholders approved earlier in May increasing capital by 50%, through a one-for-two bonus share distribution, to SAR 225 million.
