Tadawul to start Anaam International subscription period, tradable rights trading tomorrow

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced today, May 22, that the subscription period and tradable rights trading for Anaam International Holding Group will start tomorrow, May 23.

 

The rights trading will end on May 30, while the subscription process will close on June 2.

 

Anaam shareholders approved the board of directors’ recommendation to increase capital to SAR 315 million from SAR 105 million, via a SAR 210 million rights issue, Argaam reported.
