National Metal Manufacturing and Casting Co.’s (Maadaniyah) shareholders appointed an auditor and set the fees, during an ordinary general assembly meeting held on May 22, according to a bourse filing.
The auditor will review financial statements for Q2, Q3 and 2022, as well as Q1 2023, the company added.
Shareholders also approved the financial statements, as well as board and auditor’s reports for 2021.
They approved all other items on the meeting agenda, including paying SAR 1.2 million as remunerations for board members and discharging them from liability for 2021.
