Saudi developer ROSHN announced Al-Arous project in Jeddah, which is the company’s second integrated residential community to be implemented, as part of a plan to develop several communities in nine Saudi cities.
The project, which is located in the north of Jeddah, spans 4 million square meters (sqm). It comprises 18,000 residential units.
ROSHN, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), launched its first residential community in the north of Riyadh, over 20 million sqm, according to data compiled by Argaam.
The new project, which is located close to King Khalid International Airport, comprises more than 30,000 residential units.
