East Pipes appoints 2 board members

East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry's board of directors approved the appointment of Sultan Judiyah and Viswanathan Kollengode as non-executive board members, effective as of May 24, according to a bourse filing.

 

The decision is still subject to the approval of the upcoming general assembly meeting, the company added.
