Arabian Centres shareholders to elect new board members on June 16

Shareholders of Arabian Centres Co. (ACC) are set to vote on electing board members for the upcoming three-year term starting on June 19, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 16.

 

They will also elect members of the audit committee for the same term and vote on the audit committee charter, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Other items on the agenda include the vote on the board’s decision to appoint Mohamad Mourad (executive member), in place of the resigned Omar Al-Farisi (independent member), starting from his appointment date on Jan. 1, 2022 until the end of the current term on June 18, 2022.

 

The e-voting process will start from June 12 via Tadawulaty services.
