Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SAIC) will start on May 28 the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on May 31, according to a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Earlier this month, the company invited its shareholders to vote on dissolving the existing board of directors upon request of a major shareholder at the OGM, Argaam reported.
