Banan Real Estate starts e-voting on OGM today

Banan Real Estate Co. started today, May 26, electronic voting on the items on agenda of its ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for May 31, according to a bourse statement.

 

Voting will continue until the end of the OGM.

 

Banan Real Estate’s shareholders will vote on a 3% cash dividend for H2 2021, at SAR 0.30 per share, during the OGM, Argaam earlier reported.
