NADEC obtains deed to own 193.1 mln sqm land in Hail

National Agricultural Development Co. (NADEC) said a deed was issued in its favor to own a land plot, spread across an area of 193.08 million square meters (sqm), in Hail by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA).

 

The deed was issued, based on Royal Order No. 58378, granting NADEC ownership for the areas of land revived by the company out of the total land received from the government, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

In June 2020, a deed was issued in favor of NADEC to own land in Wadi Al Dawasir, Hail and Al-Jouf, Argaam reported.

 

The Wadi Al Dawasir land covers a total area of 269.21 million sqm, while those in Hail and Al-Jouf span an area of 193.08 million sqm and 72 million sqm, respectively.
