Emaar EC signs SAR 32.4 mln lease contract with SARED

Emaar The Economic City (Emaar EC) announced today, May 29, the signing of a lease contract worth SAR 32.36 million with Saudi Airlines Real Estate Development Co. (SARED), according to a bourse filing.

 

Views s Bayentails the leasing of office spaces at Emaar EC’The contract Business Park, Bay La Sun district in King Abdullah Economic City, the company added.

 

The agreement, which will last 20 years, has no related parties.

 

The company also expects the deal to have a direct impact on its financial results for the years from 2022 to 2042.
