Jahez shareholders to vote on delegating OGM powers to board on June 20

Shareholders of Jahez International Co. for Information Systems Technology will vote on delegating the powers of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) to the board of directors for one year from shareholders’ approval date or until the end of the board term, whichever is earlier. 

 

The vote will take place during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on June 20, the company said in a bourse statement. 

 

Shareholders will also vote on approving the board and auditor reports as well as financial statements for 2021.

 

Meanwhile, they will discuss paying SAR 1.2 million as remuneration for board members and discharging them from liability for 2021.

 

There will also be voting on other agenda items, including appointing an external auditor, amending bylaws and approving related-party transactions.

 

They e-voting will start from June 16 via Tadawulaty services.
