Banque Saudi Fransi board names Bader Alsalloom acting CEO

Banque Saudi Fransi’s (BSF) board of directors appointed, on May 29, Bader Alsalloom as acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as of June 1, according to a bourse filing.

 

Alsalloom is currently working as the bank’s Head of Wholesale Banking Group. He has an extensive experience in the banking sector.

 

The BSF's board of directors approved in March the resignation of Managing Director and CEO Rayan Mohammed Fayez, effective as of May 31, 2022, according to Argaam.

 

Fayez maintained his position as a board member and joined a quasi-governmental body.
