Tabuk Agricultural Development Co.’s (TADCO) shareholders are set to vote on appointing external auditor from among the nominees recommended by the audit committee, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for June 26, according to a bourse statement.
The appointed auditor will review and audit the financial statements for Q2, Q3, 2022, and Q1 2023.
Shareholders will also vote on the financial statements, as well as audit and board reports for 2021.
Meeting agenda also includes voting on discharging board members from liabilities for 2021, and updating the policy for disbursing remunerations to board of directors and its committees.
Shareholders will participate and vote on the meeting agenda items through Tadawulaty system as of June 22.
During the OGM held on May 25, TADCO shareholders disapproved all items on the agenda, including board and auditor’s reports as well as the financial statements for 2021, Argaam reported.
