Alinma Bank reappoints Abdulmalek Al-Hogail as Chairman, Saad Alkroud as Vice Chairman

Alinma Bank reappointed Abdulmalek Al-Hogail (independent member) as board Chairman for a three-year term, started May 21, 2022, until May 20, 2025, after obtaining the Saudi Central Bank’s (SAMA) approval today, May 31, according to a bourse filing.

 

The bank’s shareholders elected the new board during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on April 13.

 

Saad Alkroud, non-executive member, was named Vice Chairman for the same term.

 

The board’s resolution will be effective from today until the end of the current term on May 20-05-2025.
