Allianz SF shareholders to vote on 2021 financials on June 22

Shareholders of Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co. will vote on audited financial statements for 2021 during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 22, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

They will also vote on the board and auditor’s reports for 2021, as well as discharge board members from liability for 2021.

 

In addition, shareholders will vote on appointing an auditor from among nominees to review Q2, Q3 and Q4 2022, as well as Q1 2023.

 

Other agenda items include voting on the business contracts that will be concluded with related parties.
