Lazurde Company for Jewelry said that the virtual extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled on May 31 was postponed due to the lack of quorum, according to a bourse statement.
The jewelry manufacturer will set the date and call for another EGM after obtaining the approval of the competent authorities.
The meeting will be held by the shareholders who attended the first and second meetings.
Shareholders were to vote on the board's proposal for a 2.5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.25 per share, for 2021, Argaam earlier reported.
