Saudi Cable shareholders to elect 2 audit committee members on June 22

Saudi Cable Co.’s shareholders will vote on appointing of Ghaith Fayez and Omar Hasan as audit committee members during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), slated for June 22, according to a bourse statement.

The appointment will be effective as from the meeting date until the end of the committee’s current term on Jan. 13, 2024.

Shareholders will also vote on appointing Khaled Bawazer as a board member as from May 22, 2022 until the end of the board’s current term on Jan. 13, 2024.
