Shaker reappoints Chairman, Deputy Chairman

Al-Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Co.’s board of directors approved reappointing Abdulelah Abunayyan as Chairman and Musaab Al Muhaidib as Deputy Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board also approved the formation of the nominations and remuneration committee, which will comprise Bakr Darwish as Chairman, as well as Hind Al-Zahid and Waltherus Cornelis Matthijs as members.

 

Shaker’s board decided to appoint a company representative to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Tadawul Group Holding for all purposes related to the application of the capital market law and its executive regulations, and a board secretary.

 

Moreover, the audit committee formation was approved. It will be chaired by Eid al-Shammri with the membership of Ahmed Al-Furaih and Mohammed Al-Qurainis.
