Shares of Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Co. hit their highest price in four years - since May 2018, at SAR 13.18, today, June 2.

 

The stock closed today's session 2% higher at SAR 13.12, with a traded volume of 32 million shares.

 

Established on July 18, 2000, Dar Al Arkan converted to a joint-stock company by a ministerial decision on July 17, 2005 and was listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) in December 2007.

 

Dar Al Arkan’s core business is land and property purchasing, constructing buildings and investing them by means of selling or renting in favor of the company, as well as general contracting of residential and commercial buildings (construction, repair, demolition and restoration). That is in addition to the wholesale and retail of sanitary materials, building materials, plumbing tools, electricity, paints, office tools and cars in cash and installments.
