Northern Cement shareholders to amend articles of association on June 28

Northern Region Cement Co.’s shareholders will vote to amend some articles of association during an extraordinary general assembly meeting, to be held on June 28, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on amending Articles 15 and 22 of the company’s articles of association related to business management and board meetings.

 

The meeting will be held online. Shareholders can start e-voting on the agenda items from June 25.
