AICTEC shareholders to start e-voting on EGM agenda on June 4

Shareholders of Advance International Company for Communication and Information Technology (AICTEC) will start ,on June 4, the electric voting on the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) slated for June 7, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on approving the board and auditor reports and financial statements for 2021.

 

They will also discharge the board members from liability for 2021 and appoint a new auditor to review financials for Q2, Q3, Q4 2022 and H1 2023.

 

Additionally, shareholders will vote on ratifying the business contracts inked between the company and other institutions.

 

They will approve allowing Chairman Abdullah Al Shuraim to practice competitive activities, and will vote on amending articles of association related to the company’s name and the shareholders’ records.
