Shareholders of Tourism Enterprise Co. (Shams) will vote on appointing an auditor and set their fees, during the ordinary general meeting slated for June 27, according to a bourse statement.
The auditor will review financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 2022, as well as Q1 2023.
Shareholders will also vote on the formation of audit committee for the new three-year term ending April 16, 2025.
They will also discuss absolving board members from liability for 2021.
Electronic voting on the meeting agenda will start on June 23, the company said.
