AICTEC shareholders approve 2021 board report, financials; amend bylaws

Shareholders of Advance International Company for Communication and Information Technology (AICTEC) approved the board as well as auditor’s reports and financial statements for 2021, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 7, the company said in a bourse filing. 

 

Shareholders also discharged the board members from liability for 2021 and appointed a new auditor to review financials for H1 and FY 2022 and H1 2023. 

 

Additionally, shareholders ratified the business contracts inked between the company and other institutions. 

 

Meanwhile, they approved amending articles of bylaws related to the transformation, company’s name and shareholders’ registry.
