Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Thursday.
1) Arabian Centres Co. reopened the Mall of Dhahran, with the exception of certain areas that were affected by the blaze.
2) Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. (Fawaz Alhokair) started to reopen 64 stores at the Mall of Dahran in phases, with 40 stores already resuming normal operations.
3) Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO) reopened its Mall of Dhahran store.
4) Fawaz Alhokair’s shareholders will vote on the board of directors’ recommendation to reduce capital to SAR 1.15 billion, during the EGM slated for June 29.
5) Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati for Bookstores Co. (Abo Moati) announced opening a new showroom for the trademark "MiniGood" in Al-Ahsa.
6) Shareholders of Northern Region Cement Co. authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022.
7) Nayifat Finance Co. (NFC) obtained the final license from Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to commence offering FinTech peer-to-peer lending and debt crowdfunding (ULend).
8) Brent crude rose 0.26% to reach $123.90 per barrel. WTI crude gained 0.17% to reach $122.32/bbl.
