ACWA Power launches ops at Abu Dhabi’s Al Taweelah desalination plant

ACWA Power Co. started operations at Phase I of Abu Dhabi’s Al Taweelah IWP, with a capacity of 454,600 cubic meters/day of desalinated water.

 

The financial impact of the first phase is expected to appear starting Q2 2022, the Saudi utility said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

ACWA Power owns a 40 stake of 40% in Taweelah RO Desalination Co.
