Saudi Industrial Export Co. (SIECO) announced the results of rump offering and final allocation of rights issue shares, according to a bourse statement.
The coverage ratio reached 622.73% as the number of shares covered by investment institutions during the rump offering period reached 1.682 million (100%).
The shares were sold at SAR 55.48 each, totaling SAR 93.369 million.
The difference in the number of unsubscribed shares reaching 1.841 million, which was earlier disclosed by the company on June 5, and the number of sold shares amounting to 1.682 million is due to the adjustment of the number of shares after matching with the receiving entities, said financial advisor Al-Khair Capital.
Net compensation for right issues and fractional shares owners amounted to SAR 76.540 million. Shares will be deposited into shareholders’ accounts on June 16, SIECO noted.
