SAICO shareholders elect board members for new term

Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Co.’s (SAICO) shareholders elected board members for the upcoming three-year term starting June 25, 2022 during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on June 15.

 

The new board includes Prince Ahmed Al-Saud, Abdulaziz Abussuud, George Medawar, Saleh Al-Helaissi and Khalid Al-Ghurair, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders also approved the formation of audit committee, set its work controls and remuneration policy for the same term.

 

The committee consists of Khalil Kurdi, Walid Al-Othaimin and Khalid Al-Bawardi.
