GASCO says competition authority turns down acquisition of 55% stake in Best Gas Carrier

National Gas and Industrialization Co. (GASCO) said in a bourse statement that the General Authority for Competition (GAC) rejected, on June 15, the company’s acquisition of a 55% stake in Best Gas Carrier Co.

 

In February, GASCO signed a share purchase agreement with Mohammed bin Manahi bin Muneer Albuqami to acquire 55% ownership in Best Gas Carrier.
