Raoom reappoints Abdulaziz Al-Humaid as Chairman,Saleh Al-Arifi as Vice Chairman

Raoom Trading Co.’s board of directors reappointed on June 18 Abdulaziz Al-Humaid as Chairman and Saleh Al-Arifi as Vice Chairman for the three-year term starting June 17, 2022, according to a bourse statement.

 

In addition, Humaid Al Humaid was named Managing Director and CEO, and Badr Alkadi was appointed as an independent member.

 

The board also formed the nominations and remuneration committee, including Saleh Al-Arifi, Badr Alkadi and Shaker Al-Hamid.

 

Audit committee members were previously appointed, during the extraordinary general meeting held on June 14. The committee consists of Saleh Al-Arifi, Badr Alkadi and Sultan Alshubaily.
