Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) starts today, June 19, e-voting on the agenda items of its extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) that will be held on June 22, the company announced in a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives to allow shareholders to participate and vote on the related meeting agenda via Tadawulaty system, as part of the government’s preventive measures to stop the spread of coronavirus.
Earlier this month, the company invited its shareholders to vote on increasing capital from SAR 250 million to SAR 300 million through a one-for-five bonus share distribution at the EGM, Argaam reported.
