SATORP redeems partial sukuk worth SAR 207.7 mln

A SATORP facility 

Arabian Aramco Total Services Co. (AATSC) announced today, June 20, the partial redemption of semi-annual sukuk.

 

The sukuk were redeemed with a distribution amount of SAR 207.74 million, representing 5.54% of the sukuk’s total face value, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Th sukuk were partially redeemed as per the redemption schedule of the Capital Market Authority (CMA). Accordingly, the face value of each certificate stands at SAR 44,600, bringing the total issuance value to SAR 1.76 billion.
