Shareholders of Jahez International Co. for Information Systems Technology approved the board and auditor reports as well as financial statements for 2021, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 20, according to a bourse statement.
Shareholders also approved paying SAR 1.2 million as remuneration for board members and discharging them from liability for 2021.
In addition, they delegated the powers of the general assembly to the board of directors for one year from the shareholders’ approval date, or until the end of the board term, whichever is earlier.
Meanwhile, other agenda items, including appointing an external auditor, amending bylaws and approving related-party transactions were approved.
