Al Hammadi board reappoints Saleh Al Hammadi as Chairman

Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment’s board of directors approved, on June 20, reappointing Saleh Al Hammadi, non-executive, as Chairman and Abdulaziz Al Hammadi, non-executive, as Vice Chairman.

 

Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Hammadi, non-executive, was also renamed as the company’s Managing Director and CEO, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The nomination and remuneration committee was also formed. The committee members are Fahd Al-Nahat and Saad Al-Hamidi, independent members, as well as Ibrahim Al-Dukhail (non-board member).

 

The company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA, Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) were also appointed.

 

Earlier, the audit committee members were also appointed.
