Knowledge City shareholders approve 2021 financials, auditor’s report

Shareholders of Knowledge Economic City (KEC) approved the company’s financial statements, as well as the board and auditor’s reports for 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on June 22.

 

An external auditor was appointed and had their fees set to examine and audit KEC’s financial statements for the second, third and fourth quarters of 2022, as well as the first quarter of 2023.
