Tadawul resumes trading halt on Al Sagr for failure to disclose Q1 2022 financials

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) suspended again trading on the shares of Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. today, June 23, for not disclosing its financial statements for the first quarter of 2022 during the specified period.

 

The trading halt will remain until the company announces its financial statements.

 

Al Sagr earlier said it was unable to publish its preliminary financial statements for Q1 2022 during the specified period, Argaam reported.

 

The company added that it failed to complete the regulatory measures related to the formation of a board of directors authorized to approve the interim financial statements in accordance with the company’s articles of association.
