Saudia localization of professions to provide over 4,000 jobs in aviation sector

Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) has 100% localized some of the target professions in the air transport sector and will work on achieving the target percentage of the remaining professions within the specified period, state-run, SPA reported citing Director General Ibrahim Al-Omar.

 

Localization of these professions will provide over 4,000 jobs in aviation sector.

 

Saudia Group has two carries, Saudia and flyadeal. The assistant pilot jobs have been 100% localized at Saudia since 2020, while the pilot jobs were 85% localized. Moreover, the flight dispatcher and air host jobs for males were also 100% Saudized.
