Tanmiah Food shareholders approve new audit committee

Tanmiah Food Co.’s shareholders approved the formation of the audit committee for the new three-year term ending April 16, 2025, during the ordinary general meeting held on June 26, according to a bourse statement today, June 27.

The audit committee includes Kamel Al Munajjed, Jamal Al Dabbagh, Mohamed Jazeel, and Vincent Carton.

They also appointed Deloitte and Touche & Co. Chartered Accountants as the auditor to examine, review, and audit financial statements for Q2, Q3, and 2022, and Q1 2023.
