Salama shareholders reject 2021 board remuneration

Salama Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders denied approval for disbursing SAR 1.3 million as remuneration for board members for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 26.

 

The company stated in a bourse filing that the shareholders ratified the other items on the OGM’s agenda, including discharging board members from liability for 2021, as well as appointing an external auditor to review financial statements for Q2, Q3, and annual 2022 and Q1 2023.
