GASCO opens board membership nominations today

National Gas & Industrialization Co. (GASCO) opens today, June 28, nominations for the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting Nov. 29, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit requests for nomination until Aug. 18, the statement added.
