MIS shareholders elect new board members, authorize board to pay 2022 dividends

Al Moammar Information Systems Co.’s (MIS) shareholders elected new board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting July 18, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 30, according to a bourse filing.

The new board members are Khalid Al Moammar, Ibrahim Al Moammar and AbdulKarim Al-Nafi among others.

Shareholders also approved the formation of the new audit committee for the same term, which comprised Saleh Al-Dabbasi, Ibrahim Al Moammar, Fayez Al Asmari, and AbdulKarim Al Nafi.

They also authorized the board to pay an interim dividend on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022.
