AYYAN board names Faisal Al Qahtani Chairman, Abdulaziz Al-Shaikh Vice Chairman

AYYAN Investment Co.’s board of directors elected Faisal Al Qahtani as Chairman and Abdulaziz Al-Shaikh as Vice Chairman for the three-year term that started on July 1, 2022, according to a bourse filing today, July 3.

 

The board also approved the formation of the investment committee, to be chaired by Faisal Al Qahtani, and the nominations and remuneration committee, to be headed by Mohammed Al Mansour.

 

The board also named Fahad Al-Sulaiman as Secretary of the board and appointed representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
