Al Moammar Information Systems Co.’s (MIS) board of directors proposed the company’s highest-ever dividend at 12%, or SAR 1.2 per share, for the first half of 2022.

 

MIS told Argaam that cash dividends were approved on a semi-annual basis for 2021, 2022 and 2023, at 45% of net profit annually.

 

This policy aims to balance cash dividends, while supporting and expanding the company’s capital base, in line with the expected growth and business expansion, MIS added.
