Saudi Home Loans Co.’s (SHL) board of directors accepted today, July 6, the resignation of Ahmed Al Sheikh from the board.
The resignation was tendered on June 30, as Al Sheikh will hold a new position, which might affect his capacity as an independent board member, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The resignation came into effect today.
The board will appoint a new independent member before the end of the current session. If impossible, the board will continue with the current membership until the nominations for the new board term, which will start Nov. 28, 2022, are announced.
