MIS awarded SAR 40 mln contract by Saudi Irrigation Organization

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) won, on July 7, a contract with Saudi Irrigation Organization (SIO) at a total value of SAR 40.04 million, inclusive of 15% value-added tax (VAT), the company said in a bourse filing. 

 

The contract is expected to be signed on Aug. 9.

 

The project aims to develop the infrastructure for the monitoring and control system (SCADA) for the central control room of the entire Kingdom and link it to the branches and facilities of the SIO, in line with the technical specifications and special terms. 

 

The project will be developed in 12 months from the deal signing date, MIS added, affirming there are no related parties to the deal.
