Naseej rebrands to Naseej for Technology

Naseej for Communications and Information Technology Co. announced the completion of the regulatory measures related to changing the company’s name to Naseej for Technology Co. (Naseej Tech), according to a bourse filing today, July 18.

 

The rebranding was approved by the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on April 12 to amend Article 2 of the company’s bylaws.

 

The EGM was held before listing on the Nomu - Parallel Market on May 24. The legal entity at that time was a closed joint stock company.
