MIS reappoints Khalid Al Moammar as Chairman, Ibrahim Al Moammar Vice Chairman

Al Moammar Information Systems Co.’s (MIS) board reappointed Khalid Al Moammar as Chairman and Ibrahim Al Moammar as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing.

Sara Al Otaibi was also named secretary of the board, the statement added.

In addition, the board formed the nominations and remuneration committee, chaired by Farraj Abothenain, with Mohammed Alhagbani and Ibrahim Al Moammar as members.

Board members designated the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and Securities Depository Centre Company (Edaa), namely Ibrahim Al Moammar and Abdullah Al Ghamdi.

They also approved the formation of the audit committee, pursuant to the results of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 30, to be chaired by Saleh Al-Dabbasi. Fayez Al-Asmari, Ibrahim Al Moammar and Abdul Karim Al Nafeh were named members.
