Amana shareholders to elect new board members on Aug. 11

Amana Cooperative Insurance Co.'s shareholders will vote on electing new board members for the upcoming three-year term ending on Aug. 10, 2025, during the ordinary general assembly meeting, slated for Aug.11, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also vote on approving the board of directors’ businesses from May 15, 2022 until the OGM date.
