Saudi Cable Co. (SCC) will hold its third extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) on July 25, according to a bourse filing.
On July 20, the company said that the EGM was not held due to the lack of quorum.
The company’s shareholders will vote on reducing capital by 74.6% to SAR 66.73 million from SAR 262.31 million to restructure the firm’s capital and write off accumulated losses, Argaam earlier reported.
